Strawberry Sangria

Strawberry Sangria is a light, fruity wine cocktail that’s perfect for summer entertaining. Made with Erath Oregon Pinot Gris, fresh strawberries, citrus slices, and a splash of orange liqueur, this refreshing sangria is easy to make and even easier to enjoy. A touch of simple syrup adds sweetness, while club soda brings a bubbly finish. Serve it over ice for a crowd-pleasing drink that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Erath Oregon Pinot Gris
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 2 cups club soda
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for club soda to a large pitcher and stir to combine. Chill for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve top off with club soda. Serve in glasses over ice.
