We paired this lovely wine with roast beef although apparently it complements salmon, lamb and duck too. This reserve-quality Pinot is bright and lively, with a bit of a spicy finish.

I’m a big Pinot fan, and Erath is one of my favorites. Red plums and orange zest mix with chocolate and vanilla in this wine to make a wonderful light wine worth drinking regardless of the time or place.

Using grapes from different sites in the valley, this cuvee has strawberry and cherry flavors, an earthy note and copious chocolate flavors to make it irresistible. Very nice match to mushrooms and even salmon.
