The initially reticent aromas open with dusty earth and graham surrounding red berry fruit scents. In the mouth, the wine is juicy and bright with good cherry and raspberry fruit, backed by sapid acidity and ripe, lingering tannins. The structure would match well with a wild mushroom risotto.
