1) Shipping Information
Shipping Restrictions
Based on state provisions, we can currently fulfill internet orders to the following states:
AK, CA, CO, DC, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MO, NV, NE, NM, ND, OR, TX, WA, WI, WV, WY. We can also ship
wine to the state of Minnesota for orders placed over the telephone.
If your state is not listed above, please
contact our Tasting Room Manager, Stacy McGinnis, toll free at
800-539-9463, or email info@erath.com.
All orders are subject to confirmation. Quantities may be limited. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
International Customers: At the current time we cannot ship wine outside of the continental US.
Shipping Rates: All shipping rates calculated at checkout are approximate amounts. We will
confirm the exact shipping total with you by email or phone when we confirm and process your order.
Shipping Dates: Orders are
generally shipped within 24 hours of
receipt. If you would like your order by
a specific date (for a birthday or
special event) we suggest placing your
order seven days in advance. Allow 4-7
business days for delivery.
Due to possible temperature extremes
during transit, we recommend using 2-day air
for orders shipped outside the Pacific Northwest. If you
have any questions about seasonal guidelines
for shipping to your state, please call us toll free
at 1-800-539-9463.
2) Payment Information
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Please note that we
will need your billing address if the
order is being shipped to a different
location. Your card will be charged upon
shipment of your order.
Your credit card information will be
stored on a secure server and will allow
you to proceed more quickly to checkout
each time you place an order.
3) Privacy & Security
Your Privacy: The personal
information you submit to us will not be
shared, sold, or disclosed to third
parties in any form, for any purpose, at
any time. We will also not disclose your
sales history to third parties for any
purposes, at any time. Information on
items you purchase will not be shared
with other businesses or customers,
online or off. If you'd like to receive
our newsletter, please join our list of
informed subscribers or simply leave the
sign up box selected during the account
set-up process. You can manage your
subscription information on your account
page and can unsubscribe from any
newsletter at any time by replying to
our email, or by clicking the
"unsubscribe" link contained within the
email itself. If you place an order at
our web site but would prefer not to
receive our newsletter, you will receive
only email directly related to your
orders - confirmation and receipt,
etc.
Your Security: We use the latest
security and encryption technology to
protect your credit card and other
information. All orders placed through
the shopping cart are made using secure
server software (SSL). All your personal
information, including credit card
number, name and address, is encrypted
so that it cannot be read by anyone else
on the Internet. If you have difficulty
using the secure order form or are using
an older browser, you may need to update
the 'secure' portion of your
browser.
We're confident that our security system
is the best in the business, and you
