2006 CHEF SERIES LINE-UP:

May 18 - Chef Cathy Whims, Nostrana - Portland at The Black Walnut Inn
Cathy has prepared her menu for the first dinner in our 2006 series. To find out what wines we'll
pair with her incredible 5-course dinner, make your reservations today!

July 27 - Chef Dante Boccuzzi, Aureole - New York
at Prince Hill Vineyard

September 14 - Chef Mark Kiffin, The Compound - Santa Fe
at Erath Winery

The Dinners
Expect a four to five course meal created with Erath wines in mind. Restricted diets (vegetarian, gluten free,
etc.) are welcome, but please let us know well in advance to give the Chef ample time to prepare. Wine pioneer
Dick Erath will welcome guests and discuss the wines paired with each course. We only seat up to 40 people per
dinner and seats fill up fast, so please make your reservation soon to guarantee your spot. Cancellations for full
refund must be made no later than two weeks prior to each dinner. We will take a wait list, in the event that
a cancellation occurs. Each dinner is priced at $125 per person, or attend all three at the Series Rate of $100 per
person. We accept Visa and MC credit cards.

Looking for a place to stay?
We encourage our dinner guests to stay the night in wine country. The following inns and B&Bs offer generous
accommodations in our area and are in close proximity to Erath and the Chef Series locations. Again, spaces fill up
fast, so please make your lodging reservations in advance. A complimentary shuttle service will be available to

Alister, the featured Guest Chef at last year's International Pinot Noir Celebration in Oregon, commenced
his culinary talents at the Black Walnut Inn before cooking for several hundred IPNC guests. Alister was
